Select your favourite botanicals and design  your own gin, with the help of our distiller. Then taste your gin as it distils, learning how the botanicals release their flavours at different times.

Enjoy a cocktail whilst you learn about the history of gin, about the Hotham’s brand and sample our award-winning gins.
Finally, bottle, name and wax dip your creation, before heading home with your unique 70cl bottle.
